Who are these crazy, Southern folks?
First off, this is not a current picture but one from 2012 before coming to Ecuador. We started a NEW chapter for La Casa de Jones~Comisa Casera. Unforeseen health issues and immediate forced relocation pushed us in a direction that at first we saw as terrible occurrences but now are using as amazing opportunities to propel us into the busier restaurant lane. At our new location in Yamburara Bajo, we have limited space for Dine-in customers, but are utilizing this to the highest advantage for our guests. We are slowly updating our website and other media forms to reflect the changes.
In our Kitchen: NO WHITE SUGAR USED... NO MSG...NO BPA Plastic...‘La Casa de Jones ~ Comida Casera,’ as we ARE the Jones House and our food is home-made.
Simple Home-Cooking (Southeastern (US) Cuisine) along the Andes, prepared in our home ...Preserved family Recipes, prepared more healthfully. It is our Mission to prepare all of our offerings as organic and local-supporting as we possibly can.
The South IS all about Hospitality/la hospitalidad....and a tourist town can use ALL of this it can get!
