Before you stir-fry... You’ve got to season that wok! Seasoning your new wok is crucial to unlock its non-stick magic and protect it from rust.
Here’s how the pros do it ⬇️

1️⃣ Burn it 🔥: Heat the wok evenly, tilting it side to side until it changes from silver to black.

2️⃣ Scrub it 🧽: Carefully rinse with water and a metal scourer to remove impurities. ⚠️ Watch out for splashing water! The wok is 🔥HOT🔥!

3️⃣ Dry it: Back on the flame to evaporate the water. Wipe clean with kitchen paper.

4️⃣ Oil it up 🛢️: Apply a thin layer of oil once it’s dry.
