Bodhi Burgers

Not only is the flavor and texture and price point superiour but the quality. What do we mean by that. Well we start by making an Olive oil based mayonaise for our special sauce which makes it a healthy base. We also use organic produce. Finally for superiour flavors and for health reasons we grill everything with Bodhi's Ghee which is said to be so healthy it actually makes you feel happier! Also for our North American style French Fries we fry with Lard which is a pure animal oil and is far healthier than the processed oils used by most fast food producers. These oils are made using processes that are more like refining crude oil than producing a food product. Lastly when we say "100% All American Hamburger" What does that mean? Well Bodhi was born and raised in California. Everything he knows about making the best hamburgers in Ecuador he learned in the United States. However, now that he lives here in Ecuador, he partners with Ecuadorians for all the locations and uses 100% Ecuadorian beef, and all the other things needed to make Ecuadors Best hamburgers are made here in Ecuador.
