Good morning friends, I want to announce that Carmen's restaurant closes its doors, they were 3 incredible years, thanks to all our friends and clients, who trusted us from the first day, we closed because as many know we have other projects and unfortunately here in Cotacachi it is not It is easy to find a person who is responsible for the restaurant despite having had very good helpers, but I will continue to be in contact with everyone from my new venture, the place where we were now will be a new restaurant. I would also appreciate your support for them, even though they are well-known people. The new owner will be LILIANA, who was my assistant and is a great hard-working woman, an excellent cook, she will be with ALDO, a Venezuelan friend and a great cook, thank you all, I will miss you even though I will not be far away
