With the extension of the curfew and the current situation with Covid, we at Graffiti have made the sad decision to close temporarily and ride this awful wave out...

We'll see you again... When? Not so sure... But as soon as it makes sense for everyone!!

Just a quick heads up that, with this poopy weather, we may decide to keep staff safe and dry at home.

I may be flying solo, so I therefore ask, if you wish to place an order for pick-up, that you do so before 5:PM so I can ensure you get your nice hot meal ready.. :)

OK.... Everyone ready for part 2 of our exciting Take-Out news? Too excited and couldn't wait to share....

Be a Re-Use Hero!!!

Introducing Graffiti Restaurant's REDUCE & RE-USE take-out program!!!

We are tired of seeing so many foam trays just adding to an already existing huge amounts of solid, not compostable waste and contribute to wasted resources, carbon emissions and pose a huge landfill & litter problem.

We at Graffiti wish to do our small part in impacting this in a positive manner by offering a Re-use Take-out container program.. Help us to break the single use tray epidemic!!

This is how it works… When you order a take-out meal from Graffiti, it will be sent to you in leak proof meal prep containers made from BPA, PVC and Phthalate free materials and are 100% food safe.

These containers are Both freezable and microwaveable and can withstand temperatures from -20C to +110C (-4F - 230F) - 800 watt

Made of durable material to last many uses, they are also washable on the top rack of your dishwasher. Containers will consistently be properly sanitized prior to each subsequent use..

A small deposit will be added to your bill for these containers and once returned, a full credit for the amount will be applied.

Fees will be under our actual cost for these containers, since we would normally have to absorb a packaging cost anyways..

Fees will show on your final sales bill as such (no tax applied to deposits):

Large 38oz Bento Box style Meal container with lid= 60 RD refundable deposit
Round 24oz Meal container with lid = 50RD refundable deposit
Rectangular 25 oz meal container with lid = 50RD refundable deposit
Small 3oz sauce container with attached lid = 20RD refundable deposit

Should you wish to bring your own personal container for us to package in, there will evidently be no charge… And you’ll get an extra big smile and thank you from us..

We will NOT be carrying any foam to-go trays for take-out… Please don't ask for them… ;)

So Please, Please, Please….help us in our quest to be responsable and caring world citizens, and do this very small part to help the environment…

Good News….. We’re coming BACK!!!!

We’ve decided to brush off our aprons… Turn on the Gas…. And start feeding you fine folks again!!

We’ve been working hard on planning new menus that include ONLY the freshest LOCAL ingredients and have designed offerings that are not only out of this world tasty, but Calorie and Carb concious to assit in a healthy lifestyle.

Our menus now offer Vegan, Vegetarian and even Gluten Free options so everyone can enjoy..
If not sure.. Just ask!!! We’re here to help... :)

Another exciting news tidbit is that we have paired up with Veggie Life to provide you with wholesome Organic greens to further improve our healthy choices.. Yum Yum Double Yum!!!

And in our Usual style...We will be presenting a weekly changing menu, as well as some Graffiti favorites for you to enjoy. All planned around the freshest ingredients we can find that week!!

Farm, Ocean or Garden to table baby!!!

So what’s the deal??? When and how??

Graffiti restaurant will open itself for deliveries and Take-out only, commencing next Wednesday, July 22nd. We'll start with 3 evenings per week (W-T-F) to see what works and will go from there…

Orders can be submitted anytime by email, phone or WhatsApp, but Pick-up & delivery is limited between the hours of 4:00 and 7:30 pm, with last delivery orders being accepted at 7:PM (since we all need to respect the imposed curfews and make sure our staff get home safely in time..).

Delivery fees are based on the net cost of the Moto driver, at 100 pesos…

GRAFFITI IN TIMES OF COVID...

Good day,

This is a time of waiting, a time that is necessary. Let’s stay at home but, while waiting, let’s make plans for the next phase.. Let’s dream a little of what things will be like in the aftermath of this Covid-19 breakout…

We know it won’t be easy… We know we will have to put triple the efforts to gain any results… But we, at Graffiti, have never been afraid of a challenge…

When the time comes…these are some measure we propose our next phase of business will be after the state of emergency and stay at home orders are removed..

We will reduced our tables to 1/3 capacity… No more then 6 people per table

Tables will be distanced from each other at a minimum 3 meters..

We will Limit diner service to 3 pre-scheduled seating hours (1 1/2 hour between seatings) nightly with limited pre-reserved seating to allow for proper turn around and re-sanitization of areas.

ALL seatings will be done on a pre-reservation basis and with limited capacity.

Staff will be protected with PPE for your and their safety. All staff will be trained and will practice proper safety and hygiene rules as emitted by the CDC.

All surfaces will be sanitized with a non toxic antimicrobial solution after every use.

Seating at bar will also be limited and will respect proper distancing recommendations.

Additional disinfection gels and spray will be made available to guests in many areas for their personal use.

We all want the same thing.. to regain our lives and our freedoms.. however slowly it may be…

We can all still remain social, so long as we do it in a safe and smart manner (again…once the emergence status in the country and it’s restrictions have been relaxed)

The Art of FOOD in Cabarete Dominican Republic.

This is Chef Annie & Capt Eric and we are so excited to be finally opened!! Our Graffiti Restaurant Bar Lounge concept is in part that we have a regular bar/tapas/burger menu all the time.
