What is Dough?
Dough is a street food style pizzeria, that combines the traditional with the modern.
We focus on having high quality Italian ingredients and having fun experimenting with new flavors and combinations. They call it “premium quality”, we call it “what everyone deserves”.
Have you met Joseph? Joseph is our chef, the mind behind the dish and the guy behind the counter, who tries to look cool by flipping pizzas. He had a passion for food for as long as he can remember, and he was working in a kitchen since he was 18. He is half Italian and half Venezuelan and that reflects on the pizzas he creates.
One of these pizzas is Caracas 212, which pays homage to his hometown. Like Joseph, our pizzas can be half’n’half too, so come by and give them a try!
