After many dedicated years, and with due consideration to health and the demands of kitchen life, Paul has decided that this season will mark his final chapter at Henne Kirkeby Kro.
 
This decision reflects a desire to embrace a different pace and to focus on the next stage of his professional and personal journey. Among other pursuits, Paul will have the opportunity to dedicate more time to his artistic work—an area where his creativity continues to be both remarkable and inspiring.
 
Paul’s contribution to Henne Kirkeby Kro over the years has been immeasurable and fundamental to the inn’s development and success. We remain deeply grateful for the passion, dedication, and vision he has brought to the kitchen. His creativity and commitment elevated the culinary experience and helped take Henne Kirkeby Kro to new heights.
 
Throughout his tenure, Paul has mentored and shaped many talented chefs, many of whom have gone on to achieve significant success in their own careers. At the same time, he has remained steadfast in his values, earning widespread recognition within the industry—including the achievement of two Michelin stars in 2017.
 
The entire team at Henne Kirkeby Kro extends their sincere thanks to Paul for his exceptional contributions and wishes him every success in this next chapter.
