Pistachio ice cream, chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, pistachio praline, caramelized pistachio crumble, pistachio Kadaif. It's a hard job but somebamse has to do it.

Amarena cherries ice cream, passion sorbet and strawberry sorbet approved. The sorbets both get 5 point for their very intense flavour and high content of real fruit. The cherries ice cream gets 4 point because it was a little too sweet.

Sorbet fraise approved! I went to the terrace of THE Hotel Hermitage to test their strawberry sorbet. It is good! The price is less than a beer so very reasonable and it includes candy. This was during the lunch break in the historic grand prix practice sessions. Special appearence by Travelling Cow who is nearly a local. 😊 It was great to finally meet you!

Mandarin sorbet, American cookies, speculoos and rhum raisin approved. All very intense flavours. The rhum/raisin was too strong for me, don't eat a scoop and drive! The others get 5 points each. The mandarin is with 62% fruit. American cookies means Oreo.
