A big and warm thank you to for the kind invitation and for the opportunity to share a little about Café Emmanuel’s journey in business. ❤️

It means a lot to us to be able to tell the story behind Café Emmanuel – a small café with big ambitions, strong values, and a big heart.

Even though we are a small place, we have created something we are truly proud of: our sweet romkugler (chocolate truffles). 🍫✨ But for us, they are about much more than taste and sweet treats.

Our romkugler help support people who are in vulnerable situations in our society. In this way, something as simple as a truffle becomes an opportunity to make a difference and give something back. ❤️

Our journey has not always been easy, but it has taught us that you don’t have to be big to create something meaningful. You can start small, believe in your idea, and still keep people and community at the center.

Thank you for creating a space where we could share our story, our experiences, and our passion. We truly appreciate it. 🙏

Hola! Soy Valeria, soy peruana y actualmente vivo entre Italia y Copenhague.

Hoy he venido a probar las rumkugler de Karolin y, la verdad, me han encantado! Hay muchísima variedad de sabores: coco, fruto de la pasion, chocolate blanco, chocolate con leche, chocolate negro… y cada uno tiene su personalidad. Mi favorito ha sido el de fruto de la pasion, aunque sinceramente todos están deliciosos. Si pudiera, vendría cada día a probar uno diferente.

Así que, si estáis por Copenhague, os recomiendo muchísimo pasar por aquí, descubrir vuestro sabor favorito y disfrutar de este rinconcito tan especial! Emmanuel 😋 🇩🇰

Ciao! Sono Valeria, vengo dalle Marche, precisamente da Ancona, e oggi sono passata da Café Emmanuel per assaggiare le rumkugler di Karolin.

Devo dire che mi sono piaciute davvero tantissimo! Hanno un sapore intenso ma allo stesso tempo delicato, e una consistenza morbidissima e davvero piacevole. Sono uno di quei dolci che ti regalano un piccolo momento di felicità.
In più Karolin è una persona super accogliente e solare, mi ha fatta sentire subito a casa. Se vi trovate a Copenaghen, vi consiglio davvero di fare un salto da Café Emmanuel: è un posto bellissimo, a due passi dalla spiaggia, perfetto per concedersi una pausa e qualcosa di davvero buono. 🇩🇰
