Growing up in the souther parts of Denmark, I had very fond memories of going to the soda factory (located near the small city of gudumholm, outside aalborg) near my uncles house, he would take us kids first picking apples and then going to the factory to change them for apple juice served in a beer bootle. When a friend from the local beer bar told me that a brewery took over the place. I could not help my self, so we will now have Danish beer on tap. That the brewery is actually very good, did not make my decision harder. We will put in on this Saturday! Only bad side of the beer is that there is not a picture of “aalborg tårnet” on it - If you know you know!! So keeping in ferment style another personal item this time drinkable!!!

We wish you all a happy new year. We are back with a new menu..
