There are dishes that go beyond traditions, beyond habits, beyond even celebrations.
Pasta al pomodoro is one of them.

It always feels like home. ❤️

Every family has its own version:
some use onion, some garlic, some both…
some swear by basil, others go for parsley.

Us?
We love it this way: simple, pure, yet incredibly flavorful.
Because when the ingredients are right, nothing else is needed.

We’re bringing our kitchen into yours.
A series of simple, authentic recipes you can recreate at home — starting with a true classic.

🌶️ | Spaghetti Aglio, Olio & peperoncino

A simple dish, done right.

For 2 servings

300g our organic spaghetti
2–3 garlic cloves
1 chili (fresh or dried)
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley
Salt

Gently heat olive oil, add sliced garlic and let it turn lightly golden. Add chili.

Cook the pasta in salted water, until al dente!

Toss in the spaghetti with a splash of its cooking water.

Finish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of oil.

Few ingredients. Maximum flavor.
