There are dishes that go beyond traditions, beyond habits, beyond even celebrations.
Pasta al pomodoro is one of them.

It always feels like home. ❤️

Every family has its own version:
some use onion, some garlic, some both…
some swear by basil, others go for parsley.

Us?
We love it this way: simple, pure, yet incredibly flavorful.
Because when the ingredients are right, nothing else is needed.

Have you ever tried ours?

P.S. If you feel indulgent… Parmigiano or stracciatella cheese are always welcome 😉

A simple dish, done right.

Toss in the spaghetti with a splash of its cooking water.

Finish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of oil.

Great pasta, warm service, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay at the table a little longer.

But here’s the question:
Can you really find authentic Italian pasta outside of Italy? 🍝👀
