Receiving a Michelin star is something we hardly dared to dream of - and standing here now, it feels both surreal and deeply grounding at the same time.

We are incredibly grateful.

To our team - thank you. For your energy, your care, your stubborn attention to detail, and for showing up every single day wanting to make something better than yesterday.
