Magasasa Classic - Istedgade Med åbent køkken og lyse lokaler, indrettet i moderne Hong Kong stil, inviterer vi indenfor til en ægte kinesisk oplevelse i det reformerede Istedgade.

Magasasa på Istedgade har et autentisk sydkinesisk køkken, Vores kokke på Istedgade kommer fra Sichuan- og Anhui-provinsen. Vi har derfor valgt at bruge deres egnsretter som grundstammen i vores menukort. Sichuan ligger i det sydvestlige Kina og er kendt som det “himmelske land” pga. sin overflod af mad og rige naturresurser. Køkkenet er sammensat af syv grundlæggende smagsvarianter; sur, skarp, s

ød, bitter, aromatisk og salt. Det er krydret mad med fokus på især tørret chili og peber. Anhui ligger vest JiangSu-provinsen i nærheden af Shanghai. Anhuikøkkenet er mest kendt for braisering, sammenkogte retter og brugen af vilde urter. Vi byder jer velkommen i skønne omgivelser til mad af høj kvalitet og til fornuftige priser. Restauranten på Istedgade er intim og hyggelig og særdeles velegnet til middag, selskaber og forretningsfrokoster.

Fra den 21. april er vi igen klar med alle dine favorite retter. Der er stadig nogle corona restriktioner, som du kan læse mere om på vores hjemmeside.

Our Story

Magasasa Classic has an authentic South Chinese cuisine. Our chefs come from Sichuan and Anhui provinces, we have therefore chosen to use their regional dishes as the main dishes in our menu.

Sichuan is located in southwestern China and is known as the "heavenly country" due to its abundance of food and rich natural resources. It is spicy food with a focus on especially dried chilli and pepper. Anhui, on the other hand, is located in West JiangSu Province, near Shanghai. The Anhui cuisine is best known for braised, cooked dishes and the use of wild herbs.

We invite you for high quality food and reasonable prices. The restaurant at Istedgade offers intimate and cozy atmosphere particularly suitable for dinners and business lunches.
