Primosole clementines from the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily are an early-ripening, exceptionally juicy, and seedless hybrid citrus variety available starting in October.
Key Characteristics
Flavor & Pulp: Sweet, tender, and delicate with a very low acid balance and virtually no seeds.
Peel: Bright orange (sometimes with a slight greenish hue early in the season), thin, and very easy to peel. Because they are often grown using traditional methods without synthetic waxes or post-harvest treatments, the peel is fully edible.
Origin: Cultivated in the volcanic, mineral-rich soils around Mount Etna (such as Paternò) in Sicily.
Seasonality: Ripens early, typically harvested and available from October through November, making them the first autumn citrus of the season in Sicily.

Det er her, alle vores økologiske frugter og grøntsager vokser, såvel som olivenolie og mange andre ting, under vulkanen Etna, i denne særlige jord fuld af mineraler, derfor smager alt forskelligt og fantastisk! Dette er UNESCO-ARV, dette er unikt. Sæsonen er fra oktober til april, i modsætning til citroner, der er der hele året rundt.
Og selvom vores jord er enorm, er frugt stadig begrænset, så jeg foreslår, at du skynder dig at bestille 🙂
Vi leverer til hele Europa. Varerne afhentes om mandagen, og du får dem 100% friske om fredagen, da du lige har hentet dem!
