Tomorrow marks our last service before we close our doors for a little summer break.

What a season it has been.
Long days, late nights, amazing services and an incredible amount of passion poured into every single plate.
None of it would be possible without our extraordinary team.

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited us, supported us, and filled our dining room with unforgettable evenings.

We’re taking a little time to recharge and enjoy a bit of summer before returning with fresh energy.

Aure will be closed from 12 July and we’ll be back to welcome you again from 30 July.

Have a wonderful summer. We can’t wait to see you again soon.

We are looking for a Sommelier / Waiter to join our team in Copenhagen.

Aure was awarded a Michelin star just 81 days after opening and today, we welcome guests from across the globe, work with some of the finest produce available, and strive every day to create experiences that guests remember long after they leave.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our front-of-house team.

What matters most to us is your curiosity, humility and attention to detail. A genuine love for hospitality.

In return, you’ll become part of a young and ambitious team where learning is part of everyday life.
You’ll work closely with talented chefs, sommeliers and waiters. All hospitality professionals who care deeply about their craft and each other.
