Yellowtail & yuzu🐟
Meet our new onigiri with fresh Hiramasa from Thy, seasoned with white miso, ginger, shallots and yuzu ponzu. Topped with yuzu sesame and bubu arare(small crispy rice balls)

Only on the menu as a special for now. Fixed price, always 70 DKK.

So that about rounds out the new additions to our onigiri lineup for now. Come by and try em’🫶

New onigiri with egg salad, chives and fried panko✌️

Now on the menu in limited daily amounts.

New onigiri with pork from Birthesminde 🍙🐖

Tender pork with onion and ginger. The pork comes from Birthesminde, where the pigs(Sortbrogede Danske Landrace) grow slowly and live well.

Rolled in chili sesame and finished with tenkasu, crunchy bits of tempura for extra crunch.

Limited amounts, first come, first served.�On the menu from tomorrow✌️
