We visited the chestnut fields in the hills of Bologna, Italy 🌰
Watch how our chestnuts are carefully sorted and prepared before they travel directly to Elis Copenhagen.
Chestnut season officially begins on October 1st, with both roasted and fresh chestnuts! We import Marrone, a selected variety known for its outstanding flavour. It’s especially good roasted because it’s so easy to peel. Find them at Holbergsgade 22 from October to December 🍂
