Dear friends of Turkish Showbiz.

Turkish Showbiz has now been open for 6 months and even though it has been a challenging, though beautiful struggle in many ways, I wouldn’t have asked for more and I’m grateful for all of you who have supported, dined with us and helped us making it possible opening a Turkish restaurant in Copenhagen.

Now I find that we have found our ways of doing things, and that we’re getting better every day.

This means that I’m putting a new strong team together, with the purpose of opening up more days, to be able to serve you all the best from the Turkish cuisine.

I therefore need:

1 manager with experience in leadership, service and wine, to run front of house.

2 full-time waiters
-experience isn’t a must, as long as you’re dedicated in running great service welcoming our guests with a smile.

1 head chef with strong and solid experience
-experience in the Turkish cuisine is not a must.
