Frisklavet økologisk is frosset med flytende nitrogen

Nørrebro location: Jægersborggade 13 ISTID laver hjemmelavet kvalitets-is med friske økologiske råvarer.

Ved hjælp af flydende Nitrogen producerer vi isen for øjnene af kunderne. Nitrogen er -196 grader celcius, hvilke gør at iskrystallerne stort set ikke når at krystallisere sig under nedfrysningen, og man sidder tilbage med en perfekt blød konsistens og lækker cremet is. Vi drømmer om at lave verdens bedste is, og glæder os til at servere den for dig. Så tag kontakt hvis du vil have os ud til et event, har tips til en god smag vi skal teste ud, eller bare vil sige hej.
