Another little introduction to our evening menu at Sønder 🍽️

Here you find the tasty umami-licious roman pizza slice we’ve named ‘Nuts About Anchovies’ with delicious shallot confit, anchovies, roasted walnuts, lemon zest & last but not least, topped of with some grated pecorino. Fits perfectly with our white wine tap that we have from ✨🍕

Next up, we have our very own Valeria (a real powerhouse in the bar) enjoying our curation of a true classic salad - ceasar salad which fits refreshingly with a yummy slice of pizza. Who can resist that? 🥗✨

& lastly, a very fine lady - the perfect drink for the end of a long day and when you need to pep yourself up: Paloma cocktail. Grapefruit juice, lime & some spicy tequila ✨🫦

Kitchen open until 21:00 tonight with the bar closing at 23:00 - come thru 💙

DARCY’s DOGGO’s: MEET EMMA 💙🐾

One of our favorite regulars is cutie Emma the Cardigan Welsh Corgi ✨

Emma is 2.5 years old and loves to play tug of war 🦴🐶

Emma also loves yogurt and especially Darcy’s BMO (true story) 🍽️

Emma loves to run and will join her parents on jogs with great pleasure 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

She absolutely loves everyone, but she has a special soft spot for old ladies 👵🏼

She only drinks water from the bathroom tub, even though she has a bowl full of water at all times 💦🛁

Introducing our current evening menu at Sønder!!

We have four really tasty Roman pizza slices in collaboration with the lovely bakers at , alongside two salads, some bar snacks and a killer affogato ✨

The slice pictured here is an early staff favourite - Shroomy Szechuan Leeks. A white pizza base with a selection of mushrooms, gorgeous leeks and aged cheese, with a Szechuan pepper oil to add a little twist. Served alongside a delightful tomato and plum salad with hazelnuts, pecorino and verjus.

We’ve got a great selection of wine and beer on tap, plus some cocktails and bottles, so if you just fancy a drink we’ve got you covered. We’ll keep the coffee machine open until late so you can still order a warm drink into the evening, plus we’ve got decaf!

We’re celebrating new beginnings - finally (!!!) we get our beloved Rantzausgade back and in good shape 💙

Our talented kitchen team will be cooking up a delish bowl of pasta served with a crispy fresh drink on beautiful long tables. We only have limited tickets - so get your ticket before it’s too late.

Together with our friends from we’ll supply our evening with live DJs & acts. The line-up will revealed very soon.

Finally our beautiful Rantzausgade is almost open again!! Its been some looong year(s?) for everyone in the neighbourhood but its soon over and it will be better than ever I’m sure ✨

Come down and celebrate with us with some live music and (very) local DJs, great food and drinks. A ticket for 150kr secures you a spot on one of the long tables, with a meal and a drink (wine/beer/soft drink).

We’ve been nominated for one of the best coffee shops in the city this year by and we couldn’t be prouder ❤️

This is a really nice recognition of all the hard work the team has been putting in and also of the stellar work that all our roasting partners and obviously coffee producers have been doing, as we are only one small part of a loooong chain. Let’s keep on pushing and enjoying ourselves on the way 🌍

The time has almost come for WORLD OF COFFEE to descend on Copenhagen! We’re so excited to welcome coffee lovers, growers, roasters and brewers from all over the globe to our lovely, cosy city for a (hopefully🤞)sunny week of coffee celebration 🎊

To kick things off and add to the vibe, we’ll be hosting a series of tastings, meets and events at the café. Apart from one of these, they are all free to attend, drop in sessions that don’t require booking.
