Sometimes you just need a savoury pastry. Behold: our sausage roll! Super flaky, unleavened laminated dough filled with pork - again, courtesy of our in-house butchery and their nose-to-tail approach - mixed with apple kimchi and fried onion. Monkey bread isn’t the only thing we make from croissant dough cut offs. We also bake a few loaves of brioche for so they can make kimchi toast with it. It’s soft and bouncy, and we bet you can think of a few more ways to use it, especially on those super chill weekend mornings. A nice french toast? A bread pudding? Remember: it’s made of buttery croissant dough, so it already has great built-in potential no matter how you decide to use it! But since it’s put together from off cuts, we only have a limited number every day: don’t be late to the game!
