During 3daysofdesign, Muuto marked 20 years of design 💫

We were happy to be part of the celebration, especially because Muuto is already part of BRUS.
Their furniture and lighting have been in our brewpub on Nørrebro for years. Chairs, tables, lamps and details that we and our guests encounter every day.

Happy 20 years to Muuto, and thank you to everyone who came by 🫶🏼

This week’s little obsession at BRUS ⚡️

🍺 Jade Rice Lager Cold, crisp and brewed with Arctic thyme & limeleaf for that extra bright summer snap.
🌵 Session I Reckon A 4.2% Session IPA made for sunny afternoons, long lunches and “just one more”.
🐟 Fish & Chips Golden, crispy and currently living its best life as a lunch-only situation.

Honestly, this might be the most dangerous combo on the menu right now 🤭

A month ago, we celebrated 10 years of Brus ❤️
And honestly, we’re still reminiscing! Thank you for dancing with us, cheering with us, eating cake with us, filling the yard, the bar and the dancefloor, and reminding us exactly why we love doing this.
From sunny daytime beers and skating, to sweaty late-night moments dancing to Kind Mod Kind and all the incredible DJs who played throughout the weekend ⚡️

This place has always been about you guys.
And this birthday felt very special.
Here’s to 10 years of Brus!
And hopefully many more to come 🍻

🍺 Cold One: A crisp German pilsner brewed for sunny afternoons and “just one more”.
🍎 Tæble: Our light and refreshing bière de table from To Øl Natur, sitting at 3.8% and dangerously easy to keep drinking.
🍊 Negroni: Bitter, bright and ice cold. Exactly how it should be.
☀️ Blood orange tart: Our chef describes it as “sunglasses and summer vibes” and honestly… that’s pretty accurate.

We’ve been so busy celebrating ourselves and BRUS’ 10th birthday that we completely forgot to mention a small transformation at BRUS itself 🤩

Our lovely team is now wearing new uniforms.

After looking a little like Carmy in the early seasons of The Bear, they now look a little more like BRUS feels.
We spoke to OLDER studio, the design duo behind the new uniforms, about clothing, hospitality and how uniforms become part of the whole experience.
