Our house-made POPL bacon 🥓

We start with whole pork bellies, which we carefully prepare in-house.
They are then cured for a week in Chef Máté's signature spice blend and our own garum.

Finally, they're slowly smoked over birch wood, creating the perfect balance of flavour, sweetness, and smokiness.

We definitely recommend adding it to your burger the next time you visit.

Made with our homemade quinoa tempeh, lettuce, tomato, and gooseberries.
Our friends Noma Projects ad a sporre to cooked quinoa.

They form them into pattys and then they ferment it for 30 hours.
That proces gives it an amazing umami taste and then you have a perfect veggie burger.

This Saturday we're grilling our handmade wild boar sausage.
Served with a bun, mustard, mayo, and our take on a Gilda.
The price is DKK 180, and you can add a draft beer on the side.

The first Danish strawberries arrived a couple of weeks ago! 🍓
Now we are getting more and more from our lovely producers at Rokkedyssegaard.

We serve them as an amazing soufflé 😋

Follow along and see what we are going to create with them this season!
