Join us for a special Taste of Denmark Winemakers Dinner at Væksthuset, created in collaboration with Tusen Vin and .

Founded in 2020, Tusen Vin is among a new generation of Danish wineries proving that exceptional wine can be produced on Danish soil. Working with organic principles from vineyard to bottle, they are known for their crisp sparkling wines and fresh, aromatic whites that reflect the purity, acidity, and minerality of the Danish climate.

Throughout the evening, five carefully selected wines from Tusen Vin will be paired with a 10-course menu inspired by the sea, seasonal vegetables, and Nordic flavours.

Set beneath Væksthuset’s glass roof with views across the canals and gardens of Opera Park, this is a celebration of Danish craftsmanship, nature, and the flavours of summer.
