When Bad Seed Brewing launches a new special b**r and offers you to join its release, you say… JA, TAK! 🤝

Bad Seed Brewing’s NØKKEN is a 8.5% Triple Dry Hopped Modern West Coast DIPA made in collaboration with Ghost Town Brewing, a Californian brewery renowned for their craft of West Coast style IPAs.

A huuuge hop load of Mosaic, Nelson, Strata and Simcoe and a combination of masterful techniques resulted in a super crisp, bitter, dank and dry West Coast IPA - just like we love them!

It is currently available at our three venues Black Swan Bar, Blue Raven Bar and White Crow Bar, but only in limited quantities so don’t miss out peeps!

It’s finally time for us to tell you a bit more about our sweet Aria (or Ariadne for the experts!) 🌝

is 28 years old, was born in Boston, USA and raised in Athens, Greece. She’s been working with us for a bit more than a year while finishing her Master’s degree in game and visual media.

When our Greek-American birdie is not studying or slinging b**rs for y’all, she likes to spend her free time painting, hiking and thrifting.

In the last 28 years, Aria has lived in over 25 houses. Yes, do the math - it’s a lot! At least she is really good at packing now.

If Aria was a customer at Black Swan Bar, her dream combo would be pint of Brouwerij Verhaeghe’s Duchesse de Bourgogne, with a Nikka Coffey malt wh**ky on the side and a basket of Piper’s Jalapeños and Dill crisps, while listening to some Psychedelic Indie like Khruangbin.

🍺: Bad Seed Brewing - Extra Pilsner: Edelstein, 5% The latest Braufrisch release has landed on tap 11! Extra Pilsner: Edelstein is the newest addition to Bad Seed Brewing’s Extra-series, a collection of dry-hopped German-style Pilsners. This one is hopped and dry-hopped with Saphir and Diamant, two modern German hops that bring forward grass, citrus, floral and spicy aromas. Edelstein is zesty, super crisp and has an amazing bitter balance. We love it, and you probably will too so don’t miss out!
