As most of you already know, tomorrow — Friday January the 23rd — will be our final day.
After eight and a half years, it’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me.
The hardest part of saying goodbye isn’t the specialty coffee (though that ranks high 😅), but the people — the regulars, the conversations, the quiet moments and familiar faces that turned a café into a community.
I will carry those exchanges with me for the rest of my life.
Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and for trusting me to be part of your daily routines for so many years. You made this place what it was.
I won’t be opening anything new in the near future, but I’ll keep sharing my endless search for the world’s best cortado — which, for now, finds itself without a home.
