This little shop inspired us for our new burger. Our Japanese style seasonal burger is inspired by our favorite Asian grocery stores just nearby. There are 2 local shops near the train station in Aarhus. Both super friendly service and a wide variety of products to enhance flavors.

Wasabi mayo, soya cucumber, sesame marinated cabbage, umami barbecuesause and crispy “chicken” style patty.
100% plantbased, of course 🌿
