Start with our watermelon gazpacho, topped with feta, fresh basil, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper and garlic. A refreshing and flavorful starter, perfect for a sunny day. 🍉

Continue with our grilled bavette steak, served with our homemade chimichurri sauce and a salad of green beans, red onions, rocket and sun-dried tomatoes. 🥩🥗

🍷 To accompany this menu, treat yourself to a glass of our Gris d’Ardèche – Cave de Lablachère. A delicate, fresh and elegant French rosé, with notes of red berries and citrus, whose lively acidity perfectly balances the bold flavors of the chimichurri and the freshness of the gazpacho.
