❤️ Everything is getting more expensive. Our sewing patterns are getting cheaper.

Groceries, gas, electricity, leisure activities – it feels like everything is getting a little more expensive everywhere you go.

And at some point, you start to question even the things you simply enjoy:

**"Do I really need that new pattern right now?"**

But these are precisely the things that matter.

A hobby isn't just a pastime. It's **time out, creativity, switching off, and doing something just for yourself.** And that can be incredibly valuable for your well-being, especially during stressful times. ❤️

That's why we at St. May's have made a decision:

✂️ Our sewing patterns now cost only €3.

And not just for a weekend.

Not as a sale.

Not just for a short time.

**Permanently. €3 per pattern.**

From now on, you can find our patterns at the new price on **Crazypatterns.net, Sewando.de, and Schnittverhext.de**.

We don't mean to imply that the work behind a pattern is less valuable—quite the opposite. Many hours of work, test sewing, alterations, instructions, and a whole lot of heart and soul go into every pattern.

But we want you to be able to say to yourself:

**"Oh, come on, I'll just give this one a try." ❤️**

Perhaps a pattern you've been eyeing for a while.

Perhaps something completely different than usual.

Or simply a little treat just for yourself.

Because if so many things are getting more expensive, we want to at least do something to counteract it.

🌿 **After a 3-month break, I'm finally back!**

Things have been completely quiet here for the past three months – and that was entirely intentional. I desperately needed this break.

I used the time I would otherwise have spent on my laptop for exercise, establishing new routines, and simply gaining some distance. At the same time, things have changed quite a bit at work, and the rest of this year is going to be pretty demanding.

But at some point, I realized: **I don't want to just give up on St. May's. I want to continue – just a little differently and with more space for what I truly enjoy. ❤️**

And that's why I want to share a little bit with you again, because there are already plans in the works behind the scenes:

👖 **A new pants pattern for children and teenagers** is on the horizon. The initial preparations are underway, and if everything continues according to plan, the call for pattern testers can begin soon.

* 🐘 **The "Rüsseli" pants** – you know, the fun pants with the elephant – are finally being released. The test sewing for them also had to be paused during my break.

And then there's another new feature that's especially close to my heart:

Yes, you read that right. **€3 – permanently.**

I've been searching for new patterns myself lately and have discovered some fantastic ones. But just as often, I've asked myself: *"Do I really want to buy this right now?"*

Because a lot of things are getting more expensive these days, and when it comes to sewing, you might think twice about what you spend your money on.

And that's exactly why I want to make the decision a little easier for you.

**You should have the opportunity to simply try out a new pattern.** A pattern you might not otherwise have bought.

As soon as the temperatures rise, the same thing always happens 😭☀️✂️
