BORDERLESS - STOP 01: STUTTGART 🇩🇪

What an unforgettable way to begin the BORDERLESS journey.

To everyone who stopped by, picked up your pre-orders, shared a cup of coffee with us, or simply stayed to chat, thank you. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

Even with a scorching 40°C (104°F) summer day outside, our gathering space stayed comfortably cool at around 24–26°C (75–79°F). Our goal wasn’t simply to serve coffee. It was to create a place where people could escape the heat, slow down, and enjoy good food, great coffee, and even better conversations.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing so many of you discover our Ube Affogato, which quickly became a crowd favorite. Our Jo Mama’s Granola Yogurt Parfait was another standout, alongside our signature coffee and chocolate pairings featuring GEPA Fair Trade chocolates, as well as our traditional Biko with latik. Watching everyone find a favorite made the day even more special.

One of the greatest joys of the event was meeting people from around the world. We welcomed guests visiting from Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, and France, alongside fellow Filipinos and our local Stuttgart community. Watching conversations unfold between people from different cultures over coffee reminded us exactly why we created BORDERLESS.

Many of you shared that you’d love to see more gatherings like this in Stuttgart.

We’re listening.

We’re already working on something special that will bring our Filipino community, our international friends, and anyone curious about our culture together more often. This journey has only just begun.

For me, that story begins in Baguio.

But over the years, life has taken me across oceans, cultures, kitchens, and communities. Along the way, I discovered something simple:
