ROTOR RETRO TOUR FIVA WORLD RALLY 2024
Wydarzenie jest ograniczone do 150 motocykli. O kolejności zgłoszeń decyduje data rejestracji. Potwierdzenia będą wysyłane na @.
W wydarzeniu mogą brać udział motocykle wyprodukowane do 1988 r. (opcjonalnie FIVA ID Card). Pojazdy będą pogrupowane według roku produkcji.
Trasa rajdu będzie wynosiła około 400 km. Rajd będzie przebiegał zjawiskowymi drogami wokół najpiękniejszych mazurskich jezior oraz lasów.
Zgłoszenia dokonuje się poprzez rejestrację online na stronie.
Zgłoszenia oraz opłaty przyjmujemy do 30 czerwca 2024
Każdy uczestnik otrzyma numer zawodnika oraz bezpośredni link do rezerwacji w hotelu po rejestracji na stronie www.rotorretrotour2024.pl oraz po wpłaceniu wpisowego.
*Podczas dokonywania rezerwacji niezbędne jest podanie numeru uczestnika lub załogi w rubryce „uwagi”
Regulamin
1.Przesyłając zgłoszenie uczestnicy oświadczają, że zapoznali się z warunkami wydarzenia oraz regulaminem.
2.Wydarzenie ograniczone jest do 150 pojazdów.
3. Zgłoszenia można składać do 30.06.2024.
4. Udział w wydarzeniu mogą brać motocykle wyprodukowane do 1988 r.
5. Numery załóg nadawane są według kolejności potwierdzonych wpłatą zgłoszeń.
6.Pierwszeństwo zgłoszeń mają uczestnicy z najstarszymi motocyklami.
7.Po dokonaniu wpłaty uczestnik otrzyma numer startowy oraz bezpośredni link do rezerwacji w hotelu.
8.Kierowcy zobowiązują się do przestrzegania przepisów kodeksu ruchu drogowego.
9.Każdy z uczestników musi posiadać ważne prawo jazdy, dowód osobisty/paszport, aktualne ubezpieczenie motocykla, aktualne badanie techniczne motocykla, dowód własności motocykla.
10.Każdy uczestnik przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia musi wykonać odbiór administracyjny oraz przejść badanie techniczne w obecności komisji KMW ROTOR
11. Każdy uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialność za stan techniczny swojego pojazdu oraz za jego użytkowanie na drogach.
12. Noszenie kasku ochronnego jest obowiązkowe i sugerujemy noszenie okularów ochronnych i rękawic przez cały czas jazdy motocyklem.
13. Organizator nie odpowiada za szkody pojazdu wynikające z wypadku oraz uszkodzenia przez osoby trzecie.
14.Organizator nie odpowiada za uszczerbki na zdrowiu spowodowane wypadkiem lub innym zdarzeniem losowym.
15. Informuje się, że wykonane podczas imprezy zdjęcia, filmy i nagrania wideo mogą być wykorzystywane w celach reklamowych/marketingowych oraz organizatorowi nie przysługują żadne roszczenia z tego tytułu.
16.Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do niedopuszczenia do udziału w etapie rajdu, jeżeli uczestnik jest pod wpływem alkoholu lub substancji odurzających.
17.W Polsce obowiązuje waluta złotówki ( PLN ) zaleca się aby każdy uczestnik posiadał przy sobie walutę obowiązującą w danym kraju
18. Zwrot kosztów rezerwacji: Do 90 dni przed datą rozpoczęcia wydarzenia organizator zwraca 20% kwoty, Powyżej 90 dni przed datą rozpoczęcia wydarzenia organizator zwraca 80 % kwoty.

The route of the rally will be about 400 km. The rally will run along phenomenal roads around the most beautiful Masurian lakes and forests.
Applications are made through online registration on the website.
We accept applications and fees until June 30, 2024
Each participant will receive a competitor number and a direct link to the hotel reservation after registration at www.rotorretrotour2024.pl and payment of the entry fee.

Regulations
1. By submitting the application, participants declare that they have read the conditions of the event and the regulations.
2. The event is limited to 150 vehicles.
3. Applications can be submitted until June 30, 2024.
4. Motorcycles manufactured before 1988 may participate in the event.
5. Crew numbers are assigned in the order of applications confirmed by payment.
6. Priority is given to participants with the oldest motorcycles.
7. After making the payment, the participant will receive a starting number and a direct link to the hotel reservation.
8. Drivers undertake to comply with the provisions of the Highway Code.
9. Each participant must have a valid driving license, ID card/passport, current motorcycle insurance, current technical inspection of the motorcycle, proof of ownership of the motorcycle.
10. Each participant, before the start of the event, must perform an administrative check and undergo a technical examination in the presence of the KMW ROTOR committee
11. Each participant is responsible for the technical condition of his vehicle and for its use on the roads.
12. Wearing a protective helmet is mandatory and we suggest wearing protective glasses and gloves at all times while riding a motorcycle.
13. The organizer is not responsible for damage to the vehicle resulting from an accident and damage by third parties.
14. The organizer is not responsible for damage to health caused by an accident or other fortuitous event.
15. It is hereby informed that the photos, films and video recordings taken during the event may be used for advertising/marketing purposes and the organizer is not entitled to any claims in this respect.
16. The organizer reserves the right not to allow participation in a stage of the rally if the participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
17. In Poland, the currency is PLN it is recommended that each participant have the currency of a given country
18. Refund of booking costs: Up to 90 days before the start date of the event, the organizer refunds 20% of the amount, Over 90 days before the start date of the event, the organizer refunds 80% of the amount.
