ANOMATIC Coffee Machine × KINU M68 - RELOADED
A few days ago, we called our friend Gabor from / , who was still somewhere on his bicycle tour, simply to see how things were going.
Somewhere during that conversation, ANOMATIC came up. It’s a project launched by three mad guys from the Netherlands and showcased at WOC Amsterdam back in 2018!
Gabor showed us the machine, explained the idea behind it and what they had already achieved. The coffee-making concept was convincing — unusual, mechanical and built with a very different approach.
But there was one thing we could not ignore.
THE GRINDING.
Too many clumps, too little consistency and simply not the grinding performance such a project deserves.
So we looked at it for a moment and thought: this needs an M68.
And that is how a casual call turned into a new project.
