‼️Never throw away your pumpkin seeds‼️

They are a huge NATURAL SOURCE of MAGNESIUM ☑️

In addition to being largely full of:
🔺Fiber
🔺Protein
🔺Potassium
🔺Iron
🔺Zinc
🔺Antioxidants
🔺Energizing calories

This is the perfect snack to have on hand if you're pregnant, or want to lose weight, or need extra healthy calories to add to your diet during a busy day.

**note : the more the seeds are cooked, and the more salt or sweet additives that are put on will decrease the nutrition benefits.
