Our miso sauce, perfectly matched with a soft and rich Ontama soft-cooked egg, is blended from white miso and Miyazaki miso to bring out the very best of the hamburger steak.

Our first months have been something special. Thank you for being part of it – for trusting the food, for coming back, for making Misō Lab what it is.
