The “713″ in Bar 713 is actually the area code of Houston, Texas, the hometown of cocktail master and owner James Williams. James worked in the food and beverage industry for 14 years, with over

ten-years of bar experience and renown as a master cocktail artist. School-trained, James specializes in classic cocktails, but is a fan of and tuned in to a lot of today’s trendy mixes. On the Bar 713 menu you will find a truly simple hamburger with fresh ground beef, never frozen! This fresh—simple mentality is the core reason as to why the Bar 713 Burger has become the most popular burger in Parsberg.
