We’ve just added these beautiful bottles to the list, giving us a pretty special Hubert Lamy vertical, with vintages reaching back to 2014 and a few gems in magnum as well. 🍾

Based in Saint-Aubin, Domaine Hubert Lamy is known for beautifully precise wines — full of energy and tension, yet incredibly fine and elegant. ⚡️

Introducing the “Brothers Flor”
- organic Italian tomato water, our favorite Tito’s Wodka and Fino Sherry from Gutierrez Colosia, “nursed” under flor yeast.
Our new favorite summer drink is finished off with a few drops of olive oil and served over ice.
Works wonders when it’s hot outside !
