Our Foodlab table has welcomed countless guests from all over the world, each bringing their own unique story and becoming part of a special experience.

From our Private Dining experiences, where we invite guests to enjoy an unforgettable evening inspired by Persian culture, featuring beautifully presented dishes, vibrant colors, authentic flavors, and the warmth of Iranian hospitality.

To our Cooking Events, where guests join us in the kitchen, cook together, explore new recipes, and then gather around our table to enjoy the delicious dishes they have prepared themselves.

And, of course, our Cooking Courses, where everyone is welcome to discover the art of Persian cooking, learn new skills, and share the joy of creating something together. At the end of each course, we gather around our beautiful table to savor the food and enjoy each other’s company.

For us, this table is so much more than just a place to eat. It is a place where cultures come together, beautiful memories are made, new friendships begin, and the joy of sharing food and meaningful moments comes to life. ❤️

Some events truly stay with you — not only because of how beautiful they are, but because of the attention given to every little detail. From the table setting and floral arrangements to the food selection, presentation, and the thoughtful little cards prepared for the guests, every element is carefully considered and beautifully executed.

We were so delighted to be part of such a memorable event and to have the opportunity to create and style the buffet for the occasion — a beautifully curated Persian-inspired buffet that was completely plant-based and vegan, filled with colorful, delicious, and authentic Iranian dishes.

Everything was styled with a distinctive Dr & Dr aesthetic, an eye for detail, and, most importantly, a lot of love. 🌿✨

Our first book was such a personal one for us. We shared our own stories and filled it with 70 amazing Iranian recipes — some that we learned from our families, and others that came from our own creativity and experiments in the kitchen.

The book received so much love, more than we could have ever imagined, and we’re incredibly grateful for that. And now, we’re so excited to be working on our second book!

This one is completely plant-based and all about vegetables, with lots of recipes that have been passed down to us through our families, along with plenty of new recipes that are a little more playful and show our own creativity.

For us, what really matters is that when you pick up a book, you feel like you’re stepping into another world. Even if it’s just for a few moments, we want you to get lost in a world of beautiful colors, delicious flavors, beautiful ingredients, and all those little feelings that make you happy.

That’s the feeling we tried to create with our first book, and now we’re even more excited to bring it to life in our second one.

We’re honestly so excited about this book, and we can’t wait to share it with you. It makes us really happy to be able to share this journey, this excitement, and all the love that goes into it with you.

A private dining Persian style in our food lab can be offered for a group of at least 10 and maximum 16 people. We then take care of every small details from the menu to the table setting.
