SATURDAY WAS MAGICAL!!✨
Tori and I have been open and operating for a month. In that time, we’ve met and served hundreds of KMC members. Every day open has been busy and demanding, but we still wanted to put together a day to celebrate the accomplishments we’ve had so far, bring some fun for our customers and their families, and share our appreciation for this community. We would like to say a sincere thank-you to the following people and businesses for their help in making our Grand Opening a huge success:

I don’t think either of us knew just how much time and work would be involved in our little pink trailer, but it has been so worth it🩷. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Half and Half!

WOW. OH WOW. JUST WOW!!! 🥹🩷

What an AMAZING turnout we had for our grand opening!!! Marissa and I are still trying to take it all in!

First off, THANK YOU to ALLLL of you who came out, waited in those crazy lines, enjoyed your drinks, let the kiddos (and adults 🤣) have a blast in the bouncy house, supported our lovely ladies doing body art, and enjoyed those DELICIOUS breakfast burritos from Tanner!! We seriously cannot thank you enough for showing up and showing us so much love and support!

But most importantly, we absolutely could NOT have pulled this off without our husbands, families, our AMAZING landlord, our hero Harry, and all the incredible small businesses who helped make this day possible! From donating giveaway items to helping us bring everything together, you guys are seriously the BEST!

One of our favorite things about this whole journey is getting to support other small businesses, especially our fellow military spouses! 🩷 We never wanted Half & Half to be just another coffee spot. We wanted it to be something that brings people together, supports our community, and gives everyone something fun to look forward to. And yesterday was exactly that.🥹

We have SO many more fun ideas and events we can’t wait to bring to you guys!

After our very last customer yesterday, we had our kiddos draw the two lucky winning tickets! Both winners have already been contacted for pickup, and we’ll be sharing more about that soon! 👀🎉

We’re officially opening EARLIER!!! 🎉

Starting TUESDAY (Monday is a holiday), we’ll see you at 8:30 AM!!! We heard you guys during our soft opening and know those later hours didn’t work for everyone. We’re hoping this gives even more of you a chance to stop by and grab your favorite drinks! More details on our updated hours are coming soon!

AND YES, those breakfast burritos will be making a comeback!!! 🌯👀 We’ll have scheduled days for those, so keep an eye out!

Now that our grand opening is announced… YAY! 🎉 We have lots of last-minute prepping to do!

Monday: 10AM–2PM
Tuesday: 10AM–2PM
Then we’re CLOSED until our Grand Opening Saturday! 🎉
