Before Rooh, I spent years working in aerospace engineering, living and travelling across Europe. And no matter how many incredible restaurants I visited, there was always something I missed, the warmth & flavours of Indian food.
Over time, a dream started taking shape. What if I could bring together the soul of Indian cuisine and European dining? Not by changing either culture, but by letting them complement each other.

That dream eventually became Rooh. Every dish here carries a part of that journey, from the spices we blend ourselves to the stories behind our menu. And today, I’m excited to share that journey with you.
Rooh can host over *60 guests* (please correct), with our private space accommodating 60. From our Tandoori Chicken and Crown of Malai to fresh chaats, salads, cocktails, and breakfast menu, every dish here carries a little bit of both worlds. And I can’t wait to welcome you and share it with you.
