A few days ago, we hosted our cupping event at our brand-new location on Hoheluftchaussee. It was incredible to share the table with so many coffee lovers and explore some unique flavor profiles together.

A new chapter begins. ☕️

We’re excited to welcome you to our new home at Hoheluftchaussee 95a—a space where coffee comes to life.

From roasting carefully sourced specialty coffees to hosting cuppings and hands-on barista workshops, this is where we’ll share our passion, knowledge, and the stories behind every cup.

And we’re just getting started. Soon, you’ll also be able to stop by for an espresso, brewed with the same care and attention that goes into every roast.

Whether you’re just beginning your coffee journey or have been chasing the perfect extraction for years, we’d love to have you with us.

We love efficiency as much as anyone, but some things just lose their soul when you try to rush them. The slow brew is our daily reminder that shortcuts don’t make better coffee. Patience does.

You can’t automate a proper bloom, and you can’t rush the extraction.

It’s just water, coffee, and time. Simple, slow, and essential.

Heute, am Weltfrauentag, sagen wir Danke. 💛

Danke für die Stärke, das Engagement und den unermüdlichen Support unserer Gründerin, unserer großartigen Mitarbeiterinnen und all unserer Gästinnen. Ihr prägt jeden Tag unsere Gemeinschaft und unsere Vision.

Doch heute möchten wir ganz besonders die Frauen in den Mittelpunkt stellen, ohne die unser Kaffee nicht derselbe wäre: die Produzentinnen unseres Women Coffee Projekts in Ruanda.

Dort beginnt die Reise jeder einzelnen Bohne in den Händen einer Frau.
Mit Geduld, Wissen und Leidenschaft kümmern sie sich um jede Phase – vom Anbau der Kaffeekirschen über das sorgfältige Trocknen bis hin zur Auswahl der feinsten Bohnen. Jeder Schritt trägt ihre Hingabe, ihre Erfahrung und ihre Liebe zum Kaffee.

Wenn ihr also heute eine Tasse unseres Kaffees genießt, denkt daran: Hinter diesem Geschmack stehen Frauen, deren tägliche Arbeit, Stärke und Leidenschaft in jeder Bohne spürbar ist.

Heute feiern wir euch. Und wir sagen von Herzen: Danke. ☕💐
