Pisco Sour ist das berühmte peruanische Nationalgetränk, welches in den frühen Zwanzigern vom Barman Victor Morris in der Morris Bar in Lima, Peru erschaffen wurde.

El primer sábado de cada febrero ya es el evento tradicional de los peruanos para celebrar su trago tradicional, el Pisco Sour.
El barmán Victor Morris elaboró esta fantástica creación en los años 20 del siglo pasado en el Morris Bar in Lima.
