Hi there ! :)
Since more than one year we have been happy to have started our own Micro Roastery Cobble. In addition to our guest roaster program, we loved the idea of developing our own roasts as next step on this journey.
We roast directly in the café - mostly on Tuesdays.
It‘s fun every time, we get in touch with a new coffee, developing a profile, discussing notes and seeing you guys talking about our coffees and supporting us.

This is our small retail shop, where we have put together a small selection of high quality goods for you :

A changing selection of beans for all Specialty Coffee lovers of you next to some coffee equipment for brewing filter.

The lovely handmade cups and plates that we use for serving are the result of the great work by and with .
We offer always a small collection of this wonderful pottery at our shelves.

Next to our new shirts and tote bags in cooperation with we also have a few prints by .backmann and their beautiful art work which decorates our walls inside the shop.

Some few wooden boards - handmade by - are also available, feel free to ask us :)

Hi there !
Have you already tried the December guest beans ? ✨

Our choice for this month are three exiting - but totally different - roasts from .
There is ‘Milky Cake’ with lovely notes of cardamom and vanilla which is very rare. ‘Apricotine’ from Ethiopia convinces with a charming sweetness and soft notes of peach. ‘Frosted Kiwi’ from Rwanda has an amazing acidy accompanied by notes of kiwi and black tea.

We also got some packages for the Retail shop of course - and they are perfect to wrap ! 🙃
