The Cherry Danish is on its way out — Last weekend before it’s gone until next year. Sour cherry jam, vanilla pastry cream, chocolate tonka whipped ganache, fresh cherries, all wrapped in our cross-laminated dough.

Green tea rarely gets to be the fun one. Here it is, fun.
Layers of matcha crème and blackberry coulis, white ganache, sesame nougatine for crunch, fresh blackberries on top.

Cold-extracted, Ragusa, Sicily. Fruity with a quiet heat underneath, peach for sweetness, rosemary for depth.

Plain choux, no sugar on purpose. It’s the contrast that does the work — crisp, quiet shell against pastry cream and other elements that carries all the sweetness. Piped and baked daily at Linienstraße.
