Das Cuore die Vetro – benannt nach dem Film von Werner Herzog ist hier die so genannte laboratory mit der silbernen Carpigiani – Eismaschine. Aus dieser fließt täglich eine neue Sorte gelato (Eis auf Milchbasis ) oder sorbetto (Eis aus frischen Früchten und Wasser). Die Klassiker sind unschlagbar: cremiges Stracciatella, fast schwarze Schokolade Extra Dark, Eis mit frischen Pistazien oder Haselnüssen. Die Sorbets sind immer saisonal und phantastisch: Erdbeere, Himbeere, Blaubeere. Die Eismaschine wird nicht stillstehen und verschiedene Sorten gelato und sorbeto werden rund um die Uhr bereit sein, auf der Zunge zu zerschmelzen!
