Our sandwiches aren’t sitting ready-made in a display case.

And no, that’s not an oversight. 😌

We make them the way we do in Italy: you choose your sandwich, we make it fresh, right there, just for you.

You choose the right bread, decide what goes inside, we slice the mortadella right in front of you — because freshly sliced mortadella simply tastes different — and then that little drizzle of olive oil that brings everything together.

In the meantime, we chat.
We get to know each other.
We smile.
We take a few minutes.

And maybe that’s exactly the kind of “wasting time” worth bringing back.

TiramiGiù is also about this.
Even our name has a little reminder in it: slow down. Take your time.

We know that here in Germany, this isn’t always easy to understand. People often ask us:

“Why don’t you prepare them in advance?”

The answer is simple: because we want to make them for you.

We’re not for everyone.
We’re for those who still enjoy taking things a little slower.
For those who love simple things, done well.
For those who are happy to give themselves five extra minutes, a friendly chat, a smile and a freshly made sandwich.

Yes, our sandwiches are also available to take away.

But you’ll have to be a little patient.

And maybe you’ll discover that those five minutes weren’t time wasted at all. ❤️

Tomorrow is our Gluten-Free & Vegan Day! 🌱

We’ve received so many requests for gluten-free and vegan options that we simply couldn’t ignore them! ❤️

We already offer vegan and gluten-free pasta and gnocchi regularly, but this time we wanted to go one step further: our much-loved lasagna will also be available in two special versions — both gluten-free.

Because “free from” should never mean free from flavour. 😉

Those who follow us know we love sweets, baked treats and, of course, tiramisù. ❤️

But there’s one thing you’ll always, always, always find at TiramiGiu: our little pizzas - pizzette!

For us, they’re a little piece of Rome. The kind you find at bakeries and cafés, grab on the go in the morning, have for a quick lunch, an afternoon snack… and then somehow end up having another one. 😅

We make them in different flavours: margherita, potato & rosemary, sausage… and a few others that change from time to time.

They’re simple, they’re good, and they’re one of those things that instantly make us Italians feel a little closer to home.

And that’s why, at TiramiGiu, they simply can’t be missing. 🇮🇹❤️

This is one of those things we make and every single time we think: okay, she’s pretty. 🤎

Our Charlotte-style Tiramisù cake has become one of the formats you ask us for the most whenever there’s something worth celebrating.

Birthdays, special occasions, company parties… and weddings, too. Just like the one in this video, which left our little kitchen and ended up right in the middle of a wedding celebration. 🥹

And there’s something we particularly love about this one: inside, there’s a giant homemade Savoiardo, made by us, which then gets filled with our Tiramisù.

For the outside, we use store-bought Savoiardi. Yes, we’re confessing. 😄
But there’s a reason: we need them all nice and even, so the Charlotte keeps that clean, classic look.

Different shape, different occasion, same thing at heart: our Tiramisù, made our way. 🤎
