This season, we are delighted to introduce a special Korean Ginseng Promotion supported by Geumsan County() and the Chungnam Business Center Frankfurt().
Geumsan is widely regarded as Korea’s most renowned ginseng-growing region, producing some of the country’s finest ginseng for centuries.
Known for its distinctive earthy aroma and deep, complex character, ginseng has long held a special place in Korean culinary culture. This season, we are excited to explore its versatility and reinterpret it through the lens of Restaurant CHOI.
Throughout our current menu, ginseng appears in subtle and unexpected ways. In our Sura menu, the chicken broth is enriched with Korean red ginseng (Hongsam), while our house seasoning salt is blended with two different varieties of ginseng. Even our dessert incorporates ginseng alongside sweet potato, creating a delicate balance between earthiness and natural sweetness.
For those wishing to experience ginseng beyond the dining menu, we also offer a Red Ginseng Elixir Cocktail and a Red Ginseng Latte, each designed to showcase both its unique flavour and its cultural heritage.
