Jamonería was born with the objective to spread the word about the best ham in the World: Jamón Ibérico. This makes their ham rare and particularly flavorful.

If you believe that Serrano ham is the #1 Spanish ham, you were fooled by years of marketing! Jamón Ibérico is of much better quality and taste because it comes from an ancient breed of black pigs called ‘Pata Negra’. Pata Negra were raised in waste acres of barren land in some of the least developed regions of Spain where nothing grows but acorn trees with which the farmers fed the pigs. Jamón Ib

érico is aged with care and love under certain conditions of temperature and humidity for up to 4 years. A small share of Pata Negra are still raised in large fields and fed with 100% acorns. So good that the Spanaiards prefer to keep the secret! But the World deserves to know! At Jamonería we have created a menu full of Jamón Ibérico inspired dishes so you can try for yourself!
