September 25th is Chuseok, Korea’s traditional harvest festival—a time when families gather to prepare food, share a feast, and celebrate together. To honor this tradition, Gokan is preparing a Special Chuseok Jon (Korean Savory Pancake) Menu this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

Enjoy our handmade Jon, served with house-made pickled vegetables:

* Modum Jon (€10.90): Perilla leaf, cod fish, meatball, mushroom, and zucchini jeon (Perfect for 1–2 people)
* Modum Jon Platter (€18.90): Perilla leaf, cod fish, meatball, mushroom, zucchini, stuffed chili pepper, and skewered sanjeok (Great for 2–3 people to share)

Plus, on Chuseok day (September 25th), we will be treating all our dining guests to complementary Songpyeon (traditional half-moon rice cakes) after the meal!

Am 25. September feiern wir Chuseok, eines der wichtigsten traditionellen Feste Koreas. Zu diesem Anlass bereitet Gokan von Donnerstag bis Samstag ein spezielles Jon-Menü (koreanische herzhafte Pfannkuchen) für Sie vor!

Unsere handgemachten Jeon-Variationen werden mit selbstgemachtem eingelegtem Gemüse serviert:

* Modum Jon (10,90 €): Perillablatt, Kabeljau, Fleischbällklein, Pilz und Zucchini (Ideal für 1–2 Personen)
* Modum Jon Platter (18,90 €): Perillablatt, Kabeljau, Fleischbällchen, Pilz, Zucchini, gefüllte Chilischote und Sanjeok-Spieße (Perfekt zum Teilen für 2–3 Personen)

Am Chuseok-Tag (25. September) schenken wir allen Gästen nach dem Essen traditionellen Songpyeon (Reiskuchen)!

We are going on an autumn vacation! 🍂
It‘s been a crazy for us since opening, but especially in this year, for many changes and challenges we made.
It our first summer-ish vacation, so we will enjoy every bits of it and be back on Oct. 1st fully recovered 💪🏻
