Messorem turns 7 this year and brewed stunningly delicious collaborative b**rs.

Next week on Wednesday they’ll be visiting the bar together with brewers of Brasserie du Bas-Canada, BreWskey, Le Ketch & Sudden Death Brewing. We’ll have their b**rs on tap throughout the next week starting on Monday.

These cans you can buy already now to drink in or for takeout.

We’re stoked to present you 5 great grape lambics by Tilquin. The b**rs were prepared with 50% of a Meerts lambic lower in abv, 50% of lambics, and a concentration of 180 to 250 gr of grape per liter.

Kreuzbräu - Spektral - DDH IPA

For Spektral IPA Felipe and Cihan chose a different yeast keeping all other conditions the same as in the original Hopfendämmerung: Mosaic IPA recipe.

The result is a different spectrum of biotransformated juicy flavors tending towards peach, mango and pineapple with a dash of vanilla.
