Kreuzbräu - Spektral - DDH IPA

For Spektral IPA Felipe and Cihan chose a different yeast keeping all other conditions the same as in the original Hopfendämmerung: Mosaic IPA recipe.

The result is a different spectrum of biotransformated juicy flavors tending towards peach, mango and pineapple with a dash of vanilla.
