TILQUIN FRUIT EXTRAVAGANZA 2026 - GRAPE EDITION in Berlin!

Join us from 15:00 on Saturday, October 3 for five different Gueuzerie Tilquin grape lambics on tap.
Especially for this edition, Tilquin prepared lighter versions of their grape lambics and included a new grape variety: Cinsault!

All the b**rs are close to 5% alc/vol, and were prepared with 50% of a Meerts lambic lower in ABV, blended with 50% of lambics, and a concentration of 180 to 250 gr of grape per liter (according to the grape variety).

A 6.2% mixed-fermentation golden sour ale, primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers.

A classic 10.0% imperial Baltic-style porter with a timeless flavour character.

Its pitch-black colour is paired with an inviting, malt-forward aroma featuring notes of roasted, almost burnt rye bread, dark chocolate and sweet toffee. The palate is creamy, full-bodied and with a silky texture. Sweet caramel and chocolate malt notes are balanced by a coffee-like roastiness and bitterness emerging in the finish.
