We're a small team of people working at an independent neighbourhood beer bar, and we're looking for a good person to join us.
→ This is a part-time position for 3-4 shifts per week, including weekends. ←
Are you a warm, charming and proactive person with a general positive attitude and a knack for reading a room?
Do you thrive in social settings, pay attention to anticipate needs, and think on your feet?
We're looking for someone who is not just great at pouring beers, but who can be a host in our space to create and protect the atmosphere and inclusive, welcoming environment we've built over a decade.
Your ability to observe, understand, and swiftly address our guests' needs is paramount to us. A positive attitude, warm energy, adaptability, and high personal responsibility is more important in this role than immediate experience with craft beer.

⇒ Speak German (B1+) & English: You can comfortably communicate with our diverse clientele.
⇒ Have legal documents/work visa: All your paperwork is in order for working in Germany.
⇒ It's a BONUS if you are interested in beer: We will provide full training on our craft beer selection, though a genuine interest can be a plus!
